I’m Catherine Mathis, and opening this tea room has been a dream close to my heart for many years. For me, tea is so much more than a beverage — it’s an experience. It’s the dress-up and the delicate china, the aroma of freshly steeped leaves, the laughter shared over tiers of pastries and sandwiches, and the feeling of slowing down to truly enjoy the moment.

I fell in love with the tradition of high tea because it brings people together in a way that’s both refined and deeply personal. There’s something magical about pausing life’s rush to gather around a beautifully set table — to sip, savor, and connect.
